Fixed by Fitness provides personal training services focused on improving your quality of life, alleviating your nagging aches and pains, and preventing annoying injuries that come from being human. We coach you to become a more capable, healthier, and younger-feeling version of yourself.
We primarily train adults 35 and older, with some of our clients in their 70s and 80s. Many of our clients are healthy and just want the benefits of exercise. We're also trained and experienced working with people with a variety of injuries, health conditions and diseases.
