We're in the Southcross Shopping Center next to State Farm. Park anywhere in the spacious parking lot and come on in!

Here's exactly what you can expect from your first Fixed by Fitness experience.

1. Dress prepared to work out and bring water. If you forget your water, no problem, we also have filtered water.

2. Walk in and your trainer will meet you at the front. We'll give you a quick tour before sitting down to chat. Things we'll definitely want to talk about include: your exercise history, injury history, current health, goals, and expectations. 

3. Next, we'll go onto the workout floor for some physical assessments. Based on our conversation, we'll have you do some exercises to assess your movement patterns, muscular imbalances, and give you a feel for what training with us would be like.

4. Finally, we'll discuss our recommended program for you. If we've gotten this far, there's a good chance that will include training 1-3 times per week. However, if we aren't a good fit for you, we'll let you know.
